Beautifully full of fruit flavours with a mild hint of pepper, wonderfully smooth. This vineyard never disapoints especially the the price point. but it does loose its consistency when left in the glass for a while.

Man with no palate Review
La Villette at the price point has consistency across all their varieties. And this is a nice drop and very easy to drink. I would though drink this straight from the bottle as it seems to be more flavorsome the quicker you drink it. This would be a great dinner party wine.

La Villette is an old district of Paris where the main food and wine market supplies the city used to be located. It was a very animated area where Parisians used to get together in some famous bistros reputed for their fresh food and good wine.
This gamay is fruity and crispy wine with aromas of red and black fruits (blackberry, blackcurrant, strawberry) and hints of pepper.
