This is super creamy, flavorsome and simply yummy. A lovely wine to have with dessert.
Easy to drink.
Lovely to see no sulphates have been used in the creation of this yummy wine.

Man with no palate Review
I think this is the very first desert wine we have ever reviewed. Therefore I am not exactly sure where this sits.
Yes it is sweet, very sweet, very creamy, very fruity in a kinda peachy kind of way and it kinda goes with the chocolate mouse we had with this. But I find it a touch too acidic for something that goes with desert and it almost over rich.

We cut the cordons of Pinot Gris vines at the Buckley’s Ron Vineyard at the Turramurra vineyard. Leaving the grapes to weather and shrivel through autumn. This concentrates natural sugar, acidity and flavour. Making a densely sweet yet refreshing desert wine.
