The Donna Review
A nice aroma and deep ruby in the glass. Cherry comes to mind. This is classically smooth with a bit of spiciness in the aftertaste. This I imagine would go well with chocolate. Either drink with food or on it’s own – maybe with some chocolate!
When you leave it in the glass it does take on a clayiness and more tannins do come through.

Man with no palate Review
This has a lovely bouquet and a flavour to match. Definitely has a hint of chocolate and cherry. It is an enjoyable wine, I would definitely decant it like we did. But drink it reasonably quickly as the flavour tends to wane.

In the month, it reveals a great mineral purity.
