I do like a nice wine on a Friday with a nice meal. This is really enjoyable and has wonderful black cherry undertones and is creamy and smooth. But there is a slight acidicness to this and that is reflected in my rating.

Man with no Palate Review
This is third time lucky from John Luke wine, the previous two wines Shiraz and Tempranillo although okay were slightly disappointing. This Chianti alternative was therfore really pleasant surprise, nice and smooth, very light on the palate and enjoyable to drink with its fruity undertones.
This in my opinion is a Summer Red

John Luke Sangiovese 2015 Bottle Label Description
This Sangiovese is a medium-bodied wine with a brilliant red colour and aromas of black cherry typical of the variety, with spices and dried herbs. The palate is soft and dominated by the cherry fruit and earthy flavours, finishing with firm but balanced tannins.
Note: Contains Sulphates, milk and egg.
