This is not as sharp as a Shiraz usually is. This is rather smooth without the acidness you would usually find in a Shiraz. Still full of flavour with a small aftertaste of sharpness but one that clears the palate.

Man with no Palate Review
I alwasys find that Shiraz’s are angry individuals that always wants to prove the world wrong. But this Shiraz is a real exception to that rule, it is very calm, reflective and surprisingly smooth. Not your normal Shiraz, definately calmer as a result not exactly sure where to place this.
