The Donna Review
Thick and luscious in the glass. Beautiful smell to the nose. There are tannins, but very smooth ones. There are undertones of fruit and vanilla. It is smooth and leaves no aftertaste.
Tastes much nicer with food than on its own.
Note: There is alot of sediment in my glass, should have put this in a decanter after sieving.

Man with no Palate Review
Note sure where to place this wine, initially I liked it but the more I drink it I’m really not sure. But I can taste the vanilla essence of it (which is rare for me). But leaves a rather unpleasant gut feeling. Not one I’m going to rush out and get.

Taylor Ferguson Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon is a special release, produced from quality grapes grown in Coonawarra, South Australia, This wine has spent considerable time maturing in oak barrels. Displaying deep, red colour and vermilion hues. This wine shows aromas of green capsicum, vine leaf, cedar wood, blackcurrant and tea leaves on the nose, with subtle hints of nutmeg and oak vanillin, the plate display blackberries and ripe forest fruits, firm tannins with balancing acid bringing out capsicum and woody notes in the after palate. the wine leaves a lingering fruity finish with a woody aftertaste.
