Beautifully deep in the glass. This is a real winter warmer wine. Full of black berry and spice flavours. A really nice wine and goes very well with pulled lamb, mash and cauliflower cheese.

Man with no Palate Review
We had this wine with pulled lamb, mash and cauliflower cheese and this wine seems to have complimented it quite well. As both the meat and wine are pleasantly rich. The description of spicy flavours though should be replaced with slightly acidic in tone. That said somewhat quite enjoyed this wine for it’s warmth and flavours.

Our vineyards are situated on the northern range, in the Campo de Borja region of northern Spain, when the cooling Cierzo wine creates unique grapes. This versatile, medium bodied red has aromas of ripe berry fruit with all types of meat dishes, pasta and cheeses.
