I was excited to try this wine as where we purchased it from, they raved about it. It really is the most delicious wine, and outstanding for a local wine at that. It is one of those wines that you could easily drink on its own. Really smooth and full of flavour. Once it is all good to socialise again, it is a wine I will be exicited to take to friends.

Man with no Palate Review
The second this wine hits your lips it is an instant 4.5/5. I didn’t believe Donna when she said this was a local-ish wine (Port Philip Bay)this is one of the best local wines I have had. Is it the best wine at this price since we have been reviewing, possibly not but it comes very, very close to Eden Hall. If you can get your hands on this it is worth buying.

Granite Rose Estate Montepulciano 2018 Bottle Label Description
Montepulciano was hand picked then fermented in half tonne bins with a gentle basket press. Matured in French Oak for 12 months.
Montepulciano is a famous Italian varietal now here in Port Phillip Bay.
With long sunny days and cool salty sea breezes creating a vibrant wine of rich cherry colour, full papate of ripe plum, chocolate tannins with a liqurice cherry finish.
Drink now or age.
Enjoy with charcoaled meats, game, spicy Asian food, Italian seafood pasta, pizze and elegant cheeses.
