The Donna Review
I was surprised that this is a Shiraz (especially as it is not Australian). Look it has a lovely bouquet and is extremely deep in the glass. Sadly it has leaked considerably into the cork, not sure if this is a bad sign.
Unlike an Australian Shiraz, this is extremely dusty and less spice than we are used to. It is smooth and I think it is tasty.
But is it worth the price – no, I think there are lots of other wines that are cheaper which are even better than this wine.
Sadly this was a splash out wine as it was Man with no palate’s birthday.
Man with no palate Review
Disappointed, was really looking forward to this. There are better wines under $10 and to be honest I can’t be bothered to review this any further.
