The Donna Review
This is a mix and the Shiraz kicks in straight away. It is full of flavour and has a slight sweet aftertaste. It is smooth and easy to drink, the tannins do come through.

Man with no Palate Review
We did something completely different with this wine. We had a little bit left over from the previous wine, so tested it between the two. And here is the irony, this wine is nicer than the previous one but I wouldn’t rank this a four out of five, yet the last wine I ranked a three out of five. So this wine I wouldn’t normally rank as a 3.5 but because it was better than the previous wine. We should start testing the current wine against the previous wine.
