Pierre Brevin 2017 Reviews

The Donna Review

This was the only Rose I could find in Dan Murphy under $10.50 it wasn’t a difficult choice!
From the last Rose I was excited to try this. But I have to say it really isn’t the best. Not overly fruity, but very acidicit – which the label does point out. It is a beautiful colour in the glass.

Man with no Palate Review

I still don’t get Rose’s but I give this one a crack. Somewhat creamy, quiet smooth on the palate, fruity and goes quite well with Risotto and probably cheese.

Pierre Brevin Rose 2017 Bottle Label Description

This charming rose wine belongs to the range of prestigious winemaker Pierre Brevin. This blend of Cabernet Franc, made from only the best grapes, has a bright pink colour and offers an elegant nose of red fruit and floral notes. Elegance, freshness and crispness are the three words that characterise at best the red wine. Taste is fresh and fruity with good acidicity, minerality and length. Wonderful as an aperif or with fish, lighter meats and salads.

Served with

Chicken Risotto
