Wow so they serve this on Qantas so was really looking forward to trying this, as have never flown First or Business Class on Qantas
This isn’t bad but I would say it is overly fizzy, so most probably best drunk without food. It is flavoursome and easy to drink (apart from the overly fizziness. Look not as good as some of the better champagnes, but is has to be said it is in the most beautiful bottle and it is a flavoursome sparkling. This would be nice on a hot summers evening, drinking outside with friends or sitting on Qantas First Class! You do need to keep this chilled in-between pouring there is a hint of elderberry in this.

Man with no Palate Review
If sparkling wine were judged by the coolest then this Sparkling Wine would wine absolutely hands down. But that is where it stops, apparently this Sparkling Wine is served on Qantas (which we need to confirm). Being a national airline you would understand why, it may be because we drink Moet and Bolly more frequently that we don’t appreciate the quality of this wine. I have a real love hate relationship with this wine, initially as it hits the palate I really don’t like it, but as it lingers it really improves massively.
