The Cabernet Sauvignon is a dense inky purple coloured wine with an enticing nose full of ripe blackberries, cassis and ripe plum. The palate is elegant with rich soft dark fruits and integrated spicy oak. A classic partner to grilled rib eye served with pepper sauce or rich tomato-based pasta dishes.
The bottle lable is very pretty, with the Fortman’s signature blue.
