A bit of a theme re. Foxeys wines but another one for our Christmas Dinner.
A lovely bouquet on pouring and a deep burgundy colour in the glass. This is a lovely classic Shiraz full of flavour and beautifully smooth.
As a classic Shiraz this does have that slight spiciness’ – which classic of an Australian cold climate Shiraz.
Lovely to see no sulphates have been used in the creation of this refreshing wine.

Man with no palate Review
For a Shiraz this is rather light, bitter, lacking any flavour. Somewhat acidic, somewhat disappointing compared to the sparkling Shiraz.
