A rather surprising plummy wine filled of ripe fruity flavours would fancy making a mulled wine out of this wine for Christmas. Will let you know how it goes. It’s a heavy Merlot.

Fancy GSM 2016 Bottle Label Description
This Barossa Valley GSM is as the label says a little bit ‘fancy’ Grenache, Shiraz and Mourvedre is a beautiful combination of these three majestic grape vareties perfected in a true Barossa Valley style.
The nose is awash with ripe plums, sweet spices and hint of savoury, earthy notes that add to the complexity. A beautiful balanced palate with fine tannin providing very good texture and excellent length complemented flavours of plums, spice and licquorice with hints of vanilla. The dense mouth filling mid palate and long textured finish combine to create a wine that is rich and elegant.
