Father’s Day wine – which I served with a roast beef and trimmings.
This wine I chose because of it’s richness to compliment the lunch.
It did go very well, but it was heavy on the tannins and acidic. But there is a delicateness if you put aside the tannins/acidic levels.

Man with no Palate Review
This was our Father’s Day wine. And I do like a good drop of Malbec, particularly when it goes well with roast beef. This Malbec although very tasty, does have a very disappointing aftertaste. It doesn’t have that lush, deep richness that you get with a Malbec which is a pity as the Roast Beef was great.
