The Donna Review
On smell, berry’s hit you and even through to taste. There is a more acidness in the stomach – which I haven’t experienced before. A rich wine and full of flavour but disappointing with the acidness in the stomach.

Man with no Palate Review
This has lashings of flavour, heavy on the berry, but I do feel that once it hits the stomach the acidness is almost overwhelming. This could be a reflection of the price point, as I do feel this with cheaper Cabernet Sauvignons but not more expensive ones. Which is a shame as this is quite tasty.

Mildara Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Bottle Label Description
Mildara first sourced from the Limestone Coast in the early 1950’s. Submerged beneath the sea for millions of years. This unique and diverse region is named for its deep, underlying Limestone deposits. The ancient soils and mild climate, tempered by cooling ocean breezes, produce fine complex reds with intensity of flavour.
Mildara’s Limestone Coast Cabernet Sauvignon has a lifted, varietal nose of blackcurrant and mulberry, following through to a medium-bodied palate, with rich juicy flavours of blood-plum and blackberry enhanced with hints of mint and cedary oak,
