The Donna Review
This smelt great on opening, so was hopeful.
This doesn’t disappoint – a true Shiraz, bold, wonderful bouquet, flavoursome with some real kick. At this price this is a nice, delicious wine and one worthwhile looking out for. A good one for the Christmas list.

Man with no Palate Review
I quite enjoyed this wine. Definitely better than the Pinot we had recently. Lashings of flavour, has a slightly earthy taste to it which makes it a little bit raw. I can imagine this makes a great wine for a beef stew as carrots spring to mind. Not overly smooth for a Shiraz, but the bouquet is really nice. Disappointingly the taste doesn’t quite match.

Parson’s Paddock Shiraz 2018 Bottle Label Description
Selected Shiraz from premium vineyards throughout South Australia was vinified using a combination of fermentation styles with French and American oak to highlight the regional characteristics.
The wine has lifted aromas of spice, dark cherry and plum, with a rich full-flavoured palate of forest fruits and vanilla, finishing with soft tannins and excellent length. It tastes great now and will reward those with patience.
