I remember drinking Pinot Gris when my son was a baby and spending endless summer days in Tara’s garden.
This is how I remember Pinot Gris to be, light, refreshing and slightly flora. It is a nice wine which goes well with a chicken risotto. This could easily be drunk on its own or with food.

Man with no Palate Review
This is a tricky one, the last wine was so honestly bad anything would have been an improvement. Although this is a completely different grape, it is difficult not to compare the tow. In saying that this is not a bad wine, goes fantastically well with chicken risotto. I wouldn’t say it is crisp, but more creamy and thankfully a white that I have actually enjoyed from the Qantas selection so far. To the point, that I might even look out for this to buy in the future.

The Golding family’s merchant history had its origins in Adelaide’s East End Produce markets, where they established its first ever apple and pear merchant store called Golding Brothers. Sourcing the freshest and best from the Adelaide Hills, the market series was created to celebrate this history.
Long before the sun rose and filled a city streets with light, the voices of the hardworking market merchants vary throughout the East End as this spruiked their fresh produce to traders searching for the days best deals.
This Pinot Gris shows lifted aromas of lemon and honeysuckle with delicious citrus and almond characters, on the palate. It has a beautifully crisp and lingering finish.
